How do I know it will fit?

Each product page shows width, depth and height in centimetres where the supplier has confirmed them. Measure the space first, inside the frame, then compare. The measuring guide shows where to measure.

Why does a size show a dash?

A dash means that measurement has not been confirmed yet. We would rather show a gap than guess. Contact us and we will check with the supplier before you order.

What is in a set?

A set is several of our single products sold together for one space. Each set page lists its pieces, with links to their own sizes.

Are the food containers airtight or dishwasher safe?

Only where the product page says so, in the supplier's words. If a page says dishwasher suitability has not been verified, hand wash.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return something that does not fit?

Yes. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel most items, then a further 14 days to send them back. See Returns for how.
